Adidas NMD R1 collaboration is a surreal bit of insanely priced luxury streetwear that was years in the making. You can thank Kim Jones and his love of the New York City skate staple for actually making it happen years after Supreme was hit with a cease and desist for trying to create knock-off LV printed skate decks. The accent colors aren't too vibrant, but by mixing together Midnight Grey and Collegiate Navy on that familiar Glitch Camo print on the stretch-mesh upper, this is Adidas NMD R1 pair that can be a staple of your springtime wardrobe and then some. It's an unassuming and smart option for those of you still searching for the perfect NMD colorway and we can see this pair going fast when it hits retailers and in the early goings of April, even without the hype. There's even some added reflective touches on the laces for a hidden flash. It looks like Adidas NMD R1 has found yet another way to re-imagine the Superstar with this all-new cut-out construction for women. The iconic original low-top silhouette and shelltoe remain, but from there things take a drastic turn from the ordinary for the Superstar, as it features a deconstructed leather upper with two layers of die-cut paneling in geometric shapes. This debut colorway goes with a crisp shade of white up top, with an off-white toe and sole for an antiqued look. Ladies can pick up the bold new Superstar Cutout from select retailers.
